Daniel P. Stringer, Esq.

Daniel (“Dan”) Stringer is a partner at Salsbury Sullivan, LLC. His practice focuses on representing individuals that have been seriously injured or killed by medical malpractice and other catastrophic accidents. He also handles cases involving suicide and sexual abuse.

Dan has successfully litigated a variety of cases in Maryland state and federal courts and in state courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has handled numerous cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, tried cases to verdict before judges and juries, and obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Dan’s legal career started in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County where he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Martin. After completing his clerkship, Dan joined one of Baltimore County’s longest continually operating law firms where he practiced in complex civil litigation, personal injury, real estate and construction disputes, and general liability cases. Since joining Salsbury Sullivan in 2017, his practice has focused primarily on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Dan graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2011. While in law school, he served as a member of the University of Maryland Moot Court Board and had the opportunity to serve as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland. Dan is also a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.

Dan lives in Baltimore City with his wife and two children. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the Maryland Association for Justice.
